We would do this, even if it didn't provide such a good living.  We have gotten more out of getting to know many of our customers well, than any amount of sales can ever equal.  We have the fortune of working for people who are remarkably good at what they do, and whose lives reflect a passionate search for experiences and excellence.  And most of our customers are very, very nice people, to boot.

We aren't a short-term solution.  You can't walk out of Glenn Poor with a piece of gear or a system -- we custom order almost all of the important components in our systems, and much of our gear is designed and built in Europe or other countries.  So we may work a little differently than you're used to, based on previous home entertainment purchases.  While we believe we're fun to work with, we take our job seriously.  Frankly, we expect our customers to be willing to spend some time with us in the showroom and in their homes, prior to us recommending systems.  We're thoughtful and creative, and that takes time and a willingness to trust us, even when we've put some holes in your walls or you see big crates arrive at your doorstep.
 
We treat our customers as we ourselves would wish to be treated.   Return calls, respect peoples' homes, don't pass the buck, always work with integrity.
