We're only interested in creating magic in your life, even when you can't articulate what that would look like.

We're good at this, but we'd like to think we'd make good therapists, too.  Given the size of the investment you're making, we don't start until both (or all) decision makers have agreed to the project's desired outcome.  You may not even hear us discuss "gear" until several meetings into the process, after we've gotten to know you, and you us.

Glenn Poor Chicago is focused on the best.  Why bother with anything mediocre?  Our systems are expensive, even at the simpler end.  That's nothing to be scared of, because great things often are.  But we focus your budget on those areas where the greatest long-term emotional payoffs are.  Lots of places can electrify the drapes, but how many can electrify your soul?

We're not becoming something different tomorrow.  We don't answer to stockholders or private equity pressure.  We're a single-store, privately-owned, and we've bet our kids' college tuitions on being better than anyone else at satisfying customers in the home entertainment space.  And since we won't sell appliances or computers or videogames, we're really compelled to stick with our first idea.
