Our business is 100% residential, so we promise you won't see your same system in the hottest new nightclub in town.  (We can, however, put a hot nightclub design and sound in your lower level, if that's what you want.)

Our relationship revolves around improving your life.  We're your guide through what's possible, into what's indispensable.  Whether it's a music system (usually called a stereo), a movie theater, or kitting out your entire house with sound and picture, it's our job to push you to be more creative and adventuresome, in imagining how to enhance your lifestyle through entertainment.

We're hard-wired for turnkey projects, but we take hands-on clients, too.  We will always tell you what we believe makes sense, and we can help figure out how to build incrementally, as well as doing it all in one bite.  Like other consultants, we try to make sure you get what you need, not just what you "want".  But when it comes to decisions, there are two ways we can work.  Sometimes, you just want us to spec and design and install the system without a great deal of time spent by you, the homeowner, on the myriad details.  For some of our more technically sophisticated clients, we'll provide more background on actual technologies, build philosophies, and even white papers from our brands' engineers.  If you're excited by something you experience while on vacation, or have fun with at a friend's residence, we can help you  get a version of that technology that's tailored to you.  (And likely better than your friends' version.)  We're always detail oriented, but you get to pick how many details you want to know about. 

We are the most visually-oriented store of our kind.  We just can't abide ugly, and frankly, most of the industry makes our job harder.  You want discrete stuff that makes great sound and picture.  Component designers want form to follow function.  Consider us your advocate.  If it performs great but calls too much attention to itself, we don't want to sell it.  And if you love it, but want it to pick up a color from your favorite tie or scarf, our suppliers specialize in customized cosmetics.  That said, we also believe  some of our products are  visually compelling, and deserve pride of place (or at least a spot)  in your key living spaces.
